We have met with Parkland Development on 6 occasions, and they have refused to meet our core prerequisites for development which are:

2000 sqft min with at least 2 car garage

3 side brick or greater

HOA Covenant disclosure

Significantly decreased density.

As a community it is not our concern whether Parkland can get financing, make profit, or sale their product, our concern is our community and what will increase value, and enhance lifestyle. The last proposal was over 200 units with units listed at 1330 sqft. Our research has determined these properties become rentals, and blighted.
